Hello! My name is Lorenzo! I was saved from the OC Shelter before unnecessary euthanasia due to over population. The Pet Rescue Center took one look at me and new I would be a great dog for a loving family. I am a young boy, barely even 2 years old. I am very playful and affectionate and would love someone to spend my days with. I would do well in an active home or a home with kids to play with. Other dogs are a big plus for me or kids who like to play with toys or tennis balls would be great. Every time I am out, everyone stops to tell me how cute I am. I seem to be a favorite on social media sites and have the sweetest smile. Please come meet me and see just how special I really am!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to 949-768-5759 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
