This is what Mocha would like to be completely happy
Though she totally loves her older foster she needs more one on one with her own retired folks a mom or a couple is fine
A quiet home as either only dog or another small non hyper non yupping dog as she does not like hyperness she's a calm and mellow dog looking for same in humans
down to earth humans that will allow her on the couch and on their lap even at 30 pounds she loves that
Mocha would be fine living with cats the cats seem to know she's no danger however one cannot just throw dog and cat together one must invest some time to intro and train at least a few days to a week
she lived with them and I just took pics of her sniffing the cats at a petsore the cat was totally friendly which with other dogs she was not
Mocha can be left by herself during the day but we prefer if someone would be home more so than not
quiet dog not a barker nor escaper
Mocha is UTD on everything even a Rattlesnake vaccine, Bordetella chip etc
She's healthy but does seem to have allergies to dirt which at fosters no grass but mainly dirt
She will come with her shampoo, nice new harness, her fishoil pills she takes and anything else she may take to keep her in good shape such as herbs
For the right super matching family we will only charge a small adoption fee
Mocha is about 4 yrs old and weighs 30 slim pounds, fully vetted and healthy according to Vet that did exam
her eyes are normal for her breed according to Vet, the fur grows in more in winter when it's cooler and less now when hot
She has plenty of energy for daily hikes but mellow and easy not a barker nor escaper, great in car, good on leash but looking for a quiet home with a older mellow couple that has time and are not busy running around but more of the home bodys she loves going for a walk or two snuggle and lie on the couch the rest of the time, she's able to go for long hikes every so often but not a marathon runner nor a total social butterfly
she would be fine with a older child over 6 yrs that is calm and mellow she does not like hyper as she is mellow
she is not a dog park dog though she has gotten along well w her temp foster dogs of all ages and sizes she never learned how to meet and greet strange dogs if she does she prefers the smaller ones as the big ones scare her
Mocha is super in the car LOVES car rides, great on leash
not good meeting strange dogs as she was not socialized that way She prefers smaller dogs then herself and as said mellow not yuppers or hyper
Mocha grew up around at least 7 cats another dog her size a male, and two small fem dogs a 10 pounds and under without any problems
Mocha knows sit and wait, she loves duck jerkey made into small pieces
hanging out with her family is number one for her
fully house trained indoor dog
Mocha is fine with either gender in her humans but sweeter with women than men so would make a great womans best buddy
Mocha wants to bond for life she's a sweet doll
