I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.
The first step in our adoption process is an application, which you can submit online at www.littlebitsrescue.org It does not obligate you in any way, but we do not arrange meetings or make telephone contact until we have one. Danielle is a beautiful little shih tzu girl who was picked up as a stray. She weighs 12 pounds, and we estimate that she is 4 to 5 years old. Her coat was in horrible condition, and she had to have most of it shaved down. She will be gorgeous when it has grown out. Danielle is an extremely friendly, outgoing little girl who loves to be close to her person. Although we never guarantee it, she appears to be housetrained. Keep in mind, though, that all dogs can have accidents when in new surroundings. Danielle has been spayed, had her teeth cleaned, been brought up to date on all her immunizations, tested negative for heartworms and started on preventative. She had a small mass removed at the time of her spay. Danielle will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 10 or with a dog weighing more than 25 pounds. Her adoption donation is $150, and she is being fostered in Birmingham, Alabama. We do approve out of state adoptions, but you must be willing to drive to the foster home to “fetch” your new family member. We do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting this sweet baby, the first step is to submit an APPLICATION
We do not place any dog in a home with "invisible" or underground fencing.
