These dogs are is being fostered in Dallas, Texas and must be adopted within the North Central Texas or Oklahoma City area.
NAME: Buster Brown and Gizmo
GENDER: Both are Males
AGE: Both are about 1 year old
WEIGHT: Buster Brown is 6 pounds, Gizmo is 7 pounds
DOGS/CATS: Great with small dogs, Unsure with cats
GOOD WITH CHILDREN: They are both great with children
Meet Buster Brown and Gizmo - two terrific siblings. Buster Brown and Gizmo were found wandering lost in a field. They were together and very bonded, therefore we would like for them to be adopted together. They are easy to care for. They keep each other company and take care of one another. They will make terrific little ones for a special family.
We think they may be from the same liter. Both are long hair Chihuahuas and are about 10 to 12 months old (as of May 2013). Gizmo is primarily white with light brown highlights. He is a little larger at 7 pounds. Gizmo also acts as a "protective older brother". He watches Buster Brown and comes over to take care of him if he senses any disarray! It is really cute. Gizmo loves be in the back yard and loves to explore (let's make sure there are no holes in your fence because he is so curious - we don't want him to escape!). He enjoys the sun - whether playing outside or just laying on your deck! Gizmo also loves toys and he always wants to win at the tug-of-war game with his toys! This little guy is an adventurer and not afraid of anything!
Buster Brown is slightly smaller at 6 pounds. He received his name because of his beautiful dark brown hair with some white highlights. Buster Brown has more of the laid back personality. He is super sweet and loves everyone and everything around him. Buster Brown also loves toys - espeically the fuzzy ones. He too enjoys playing tug-of-war. And he is more of the cuddler of the two.
These two little guys are really smart. They are almost completely potty trained (only one accident in their foster home!) and they also know how to use pee pee pads. They sleep at night in crates, and actually enjoy cuddling in the same bed / crate. They both appear to be past the "puppy stage" - they are not chewing on things, etc.
Buster Brown and Gizmo appear to have lived their lives together so far, and we'd love for them to be adopted together. They are beautiful dogs, are great with people and other dogs, and going to fit in wonderfully into a special family.

Both are neutered, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on heartworm prevention. They are ready to join a loving family - could you be their perfect home?
These dogs are a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and adoption donation is required. Our standard adoption donation is set at $200 per dog, $400 for the pair.
