found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Here is what else his foster family had to say:
Sidney is very loving and devoted to his people. He takes some time to warm up to strangers and would not be a good choice for a young child's pet. He tends to be okay with other animals as long as they are calm and relaxed. Once again he tends to get scared and can become snappy if the other animal is too frisky and pestering him. He often gets startled by loud noises and needs to be reassured that everything is alright.
He loves to cuddle and sleep but he still loves to play and gets very excited when he knows it is time for a walk. He loves going on walks but can get underfoot at times. He is quiet in the home but will let out an occasional yelp if he is scared. I do not think he knows any commands but when I use a stern voice and tell him not to do something, he listens. He is fully house trained and crate trained and loves being in his crate. He has some anxiety when left with strangers to be dog-sat but as long as you take the crate with him then he's fine. He rides very well in the car and enjoys looking out the window.
Sidney is a wonderful dog who is clever and is quick to learn. I feel as if Sidney would do well in a small household, preferably with older children who won't be too pestering. He needs time to warm up to people and once he does he will be your loyal best friend. Sidney just wants a loving home where he is welcome to cuddle with you! He can be trusted at home; he has never chewed on anything or touched anything that is not his. He has given me so much love, I will miss him dearly!
