My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dr. Jean Grey (named for a character in X-Men) was adopted and re-named Jinxy, but had to be returned because she did not cope well when a baby became a toddler and didn't respect her personal space. Jinxy is a sweet cat, 4+ years old, playful and loving. Loves catnip bags. She had a litter of kittens, and was a very good mom. She has a slight harelip, no biggie and nothing needs to be done with it. It's kinda cute, and gives her a unique look. She's a wonderful, beautiful cat. She likes to sleep with you if you permit it, and is very affectionate and loves to be pet, although primarily on her terms. When she thinks you are awake, she will lay on top of you for pets and purrs. While she would prefer to be an only cat, she did coexist with cats and dogs in her prior adopted home, but tends to chase others and hiss quite a bit, so if you have a dominant cat, then it's not likely to be a fit, as she will get into tiffs. If you have another cat that keeps to itself or doesn't react much when another cat is being hissy, then they would likely be able to coexist. Jinxy is fine with older children, but a home with children under 5 years old will not be a good fit.She is currently being fostered with multiple cats and a dog. She seems to want to play but is unsure of the rules. Her favorite place is in your lap

All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
