My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mickey is a young (2-5 year old) Indian Ringneck parakeet. He is very interested in being with people and he loves to talk. He can say “What are you doing?”, “Come here baby”, “Hello”, “Tweet Tweet”, “Come in”, “Come here” and he likes to laugh and makes beeping noises. He is a bit protective of his cage but nice away from the cage, he will hang out with you all day. As is common with some of the Asiatic species, he likes to be held and to be with you, but he is not cuddly and prefers not to be petted. Mickey has been converted to a pelleted diet with veggies, fruits and nuts and he is very healthy. Mickey does not like young/small children and does not seem to like dogs – both kids and dogs make him very nervous – he will do well being adopted into a quiet home.

Adoption Fee $75 or $125 with Cage
