Ben's Story...
This heart throb is Ben. Ben is a big American Bull Dog who weighs about 75lbs. Ben came to us as an abuse case. This boy has come a long way, and you would be amazed how much LOVE this boy has for his humans. We think Ben is best suited in a home of his own. He is absolutely amazing one on one. We have taken him to Petsmart, DQ, and some other outings and we found that he doesn't pay much attention to other dogs. He definitely doesn't like other rowdy dogs. Ben does very well with older children, but as always supervision is key. Ben is very loyal to his people, and is protective of them. This boy is looking for a loving family who will give him all the love and attention he deserves. If interested in Ben, please stop by Groomingdales Bed & Biscuit for a meet and greet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ben, a Tampa American Bulldog/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Boxer for sale in Tampa, or seeking a American Bulldog/Boxer dog from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Boxer breeders who help with American Bulldog/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
