NOTE: This is a courtesy posting for another rescuer. Please do not contact ARRF, as we do not know this pet personally. Be sure to contact the foster or organization directly from the information listed below.

Harry is one cool dog! He's a 3-yr old neutered, brown with white Pit Bull Terrier who weighs about 79 lbs. He's very dog and people social, and he is very mellow. He'd be happy to chill on your couch after a play date or walk. This guy could be happy in apartment, condo or house with a yard. He's not a high energy dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harry, a Vista Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Vista, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
