Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Single, black male looking for companionship. Soulful eyes, full head of hair, sleek, muscular body, and a face that will melt your heart. This description fits our JOE to a "T". JOE is an adult, black Labrador retriever male. He is approx 3 - 4 years old, and at his full adult size at 55 lbs. He is absolutely beautiful and probably full blooded Lab. JOE arrived at the end of May and we are working on his vetting requirements. He has been started on vaccines and is scheduled to be neutered. He is on all monthly preventatives for heart worms, fleas/ticks and parasites.
JOE has been fostered for several months with a local teacher. He was found as a very thin stray dog who was hopping on his front leg. His leg had been broken, but with the wonders of vet medicine, the bone has healed and JOE is walking around just like any other dog. He is great with other dogs and cats, has been house broken, and is very friendly with people great and small. He loves going for walks and fetching balls. He would be ideal with an active individual or family who would let him run and play and enjoy being outside. He loves the water and is always ready to go anytime you want him to go. He rides great in the car and will reward you with kisses for taking him along. Great dog! and absolutely gorgeous.
