My name is Dana! I am a 2 month old, spayed, female. My brother and I were rescued with our mom “Scully” on April 9th. We were only about 3 weeks old at the time. We were set for euthanasia due to overpopulation and lack of funding at the city shelter. We were so happy the day we got to tag along with The Pet Rescue Center. They came to rescue a dog and could not leave us behind! We both have been well socialized here at the rescue. We love to cuddle and play with other kittens. I am up to date on all shots, neutered and microchipped. Please come check us out today!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to 949-768-5759 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
