Autumn's Story...
Outside of sunny southern California, this time of year marks the end of the warm days and the beginning of Autumn. Summer disappears and the leaves on trees turn from green to hues of red, orange and yellow. When we saw this beautiful girl on death row at a local pound, we knew we had to save her. Autumn loves to give kisses and is very friendly. Her former family surrendered her because her child became allergic — their loss is your gain! One look in her eyes and you'll "fall" in love with Autumn as well!

If you are interested in meeting Autumn, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321.

[Autumn is 1 years old and about 30 lbs.]

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel/Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel/Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
