My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Rosemary! My foster family calls me lil Rosie because I am only 15 pounds making me not only small, but cute cute cute! I am tan and white with cute freckles near my nose.
The vet thinks I am about 3 years old but foster mom says that I act much younger than that! My favorite past time is: playing! Getting out all the toys and bones and scattering them all over is my favorite. I squeak the toys so much that the other dogs in the house get jealous because I have so much fun.
If you haven't figured it out, I am a self starter. I entertain myself and I have never had any potty accidents in the house....and I mean EVER! Pretty good for a stray that came to my foster home with a skin problem, ear infections, and a cough! All those nasty things are under control now and I have remained happy through it all.
I get along perfect with everyone to include kids, dogs (big and small), and children. I even ride well in the car! I barely bark and I am so sorry but I do not have a beagle arooooo. I prefer a more youthful bark myself. Oh and one other thing.....I am learning how to walk down stairs. Right now I need to be carried down the stairs but I have mastered going up the stairs!
Today is the first real day of summer here and I enjoy sunning myself on the deck and playing with the grass in the fenced in yard with an occasional chew on a bone and a squeak of a toy.
I am really an all around great little lady looking for a forever home.
