Reese just may be the softest dog you have ever petted. Her light and dark brown Australian Shepherd coat feels like silk. She is beautiful inside and out. Reese is about 15 months old and was found at the end of 2012 as a stray. The man who found her, gave Reese to his disabled mother and she is well loved and cared for. However the woman can no longer give Reese the exercise she needs to be happy. She also doesn’t get to socialize much since the woman cannot walk her. Reese is a little shy with strangers and sometimes barks at men. However with the ones she knows and loves, Reese is wonderful. She adores kids and loves to play with them. When a child falls down, she lies next to them and waits until the child gets back up…how sweet. She also gets along well with other dogs and is a love to have around. As sad it seems, Reese’s owner knows that she cannot give this energetic dog what she needs to be truly happy. She would love to find a family with kids for Reese and maybe hear from time to time about how she is doing. Please help us find this pretty girl the perfect home. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
