Christabelle's Story...
Looking for a big dog in a little package then Christabelle is the one for you. She enjoys long walks or nice hikes and can keep up with the big boys. She doesn't waste time sniffing so be ready to move on your walks. Christabelle can be picky about her humans and can be a bit nervous in new situations but give her some love and time and she comes around. She has a beautiful grey fur coat with adorable tan coloring masking her face and on her legs. Her perfect home would be one of a person that is around most of the time. She loves car rides, so this along with the fact of her love of walks she would like a human that is active and willing to take her where ever possible. Our Christabelle also loves to play so someone that will spend time daily romping with her and playing with toys is a must. Our little grey beauty is looking for her family, could you be what she is looking for. To learn more -

Christabelle weighed 11.7 pounds when we saved her from kill list.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Christabelle, a Phoenix Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
