My story

Meet Layla- our spirited pittie mix with the heart and soul of gold. This 35lb tan beauty was bred to live a short life. By the looks of her, we could only guess that her former owner intended or had used her as a bait dog. She still shows scars around her mouth and neck of her past life. But through it all, Layla is a lover of life, and we at New Leash are happy to give her a "new leash" on one!

Layla is a lover of all things snuggles. She hasn't met a lap that she hasn't fallen in love with or a hand she has wanted to be pet with. She's even a rock star around other dogs. At 2/3 years old, she is the perfect age for training, and her smaller size makes her perfect for all kinds of homes. Give her a toy, a lap, and some love and this lady is ready to go!
