Cloud's Story...
Hi, my name is Cloud. My birthday is August 1, 2007. I'm kind of an independent kitten - being quite cautious around new people and all that cuddling stuff. But, I enjoying being around people and getting my "love fix" when I want it. I am a real go getter when it comes to attacking toys and my food. I love being with other cats and dogs - they are cool to chase around the house. I would like to find a permanent home with someone who has experience with kitties who are cautious and get scared easily (me, not my new family). My foster mom says "when I attach to someone there is no getting me away from them." I think she is bias. If you'd like to meet me, give my foster mom a call and set a time to meet my handsome face.

Cloud is a charcoal gray, domestic shorthaired kitten. He is the largest one in a litter of six. Cloud is very cute, curious and playful! He has been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for feline leukemia. Call 507-451-4512 to meet Cloud in his foster home. His adoption fee is $120. (J&JJ)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cloud, a Owatonna Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Owatonna, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Owatonna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owatonna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owatonna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owatonna paves the way for another one to be saved.
