Stormy's Story...
Stormy has a heart breaking story. Stormy was originally owned by a homeless man, who unfortunately was hit by a car and died. He apparenlty loved his girl very much because Stormy is heart worm negative, and she had no fleas. Stormy was found by some wonderful people, who I call Stormy's Angels. They rescued her and brought her to us. Stormy's hair loss is either from stress or food allergy. Her skin is healing, but it still is very sore. She is a very friendly girl, and she doesn't seem to mind other dogs. We are not putting her through any un-needed stress right now. I will tell you that if you meet her, you will love her. She has the most soulful eyes. We are really hoping to find this girl a GREAT home, she deserves it. If you are interested in meeting Stormy, please stop by Groomingdales Bed & Biscuit in Tampa for a meet and greet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stormy, a Tampa German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Tampa, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
