Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tiny Phineas was found on a busy street. His companion, Barnaby, who appeared to be gray and brown with tangled fur covering his face, stood in the middle of the street, too terrified to move. As cars inched past, the drivers honking impatiently, our lovely friend and volunteer, Rose, pulled to the side of the road and with her daughter they managed to coax the bewildered dog to the sidewalk, where he immediately ran underneath a parked car. It wasn't until they had gotten him to come back out that they realized he had a companion -- a trembling, extremely wary little Papillon mix. Rose was able to pick Phineas up and put him in the small travel crate they happened to have in the car.
Phineas is 12 months old, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, and neutered. He would do best in a home with older children. He is shy at first, BUT is a total love bug once he warms up.
