My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chispita means “little spark” and that is exactly what she is. She is a happy little girl and wags her tail all the time. She's energetic and likes to play, but is very content to cuddle on the couch. She is the perfect mix of playful and calm. She loves to roll over on her back for belly-rubs and at night she settles down quietly and goes to sleep and dosen’t make a peep. Chispita does like other dogs, and in fact, is currently in a foster home with another dog and they have become great friends. She has a quirky way of making friends, but all it takes is walking with other dogs a few times, and she’s their BFF! Chispita is even good with chickens! There are chickens in her foster home, and she dosen’t bother them at all. How amazing is that!? She is already our volunteer favorite, and we think that whoever adopts this sweet and gentle girl is very lucky!
