Kovu's Story...
Kovu and his littermates came from a home where there were too many cats. His sisters got the good looks of their Siamese mother, but Kovu is the kitten with the personality! His foster mom calls him the “3 pet purr kitten.” If you pet him 3 times and he starts purring like he has a motor in him. He loves to be picked up and snuggled. In fact, he even sleeps with his foster parents. He is a curious little kitten. Kovu is the instigator of the litter. He will chase and tackle his sisters without notice. He is always up for extra kitten fun. And he's pretty sure that his extra toes make him extra special. Kovu is good with kids and cats. Can you give this Mr. Personality all the attention and devotion worthy of such a special cat? He's ready to go to a furever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kovu, a Brimfield Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Brimfield, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Brimfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brimfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brimfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brimfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
