Patty Cake's Story...
WE REQUIRE AN APPLICATION ON FILE BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET OUR DOGS – OUR APPLICATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.lovebugsrescue.org
When we found this adorable gal at the Orange County shelter she was sitting on her hind legs and clapping her hands. Who on earth could pass up such undeniable talent? Then and there we named her Patty Cake and she became our latest and greatest Lovebug.
Patty is a 2 year old, 12 pound, Bichon mix. This sassy little gal is a born performer and there is nothing she would not do for a treat. Patty gets along well with other dogs, is playful and loves her daily walks. Patty is potty trained in her foster home and sleeps perfectly in her little bed through the night. Patty loves the company of her family and her ideal home would have someone who is home more than they are not and enjoys including their fur family members in their daily activities. This performing princess is as precious as they come and is sure to make an excellent addition to her new home.
Our adoption fee for Patty Cake is $300 and includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, treatment for fleas and worms, professional grooming and best of all, lots of love and socialization in her foster home

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patty Cake, a Irvine Bichon Frise/Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Maltese for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Maltese dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Maltese breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
