Papi's Story...
This is Papi, all 6 lbs of him. He is a lovable pocket-sized purebred Chihuahua boy who is as gentle and kind as could be. His favorite place is in a lap or being carried around. He gets along very well with other dogs and with cats, as he is a super submissive boy. He also gets along well with kids. Papi is 6 years old with a short brown minimally-shedding coat. He rides in the car like a champ and sat like a perfect gentleman while getting a bath and his nails clipped. Papi is neutered, fully vaccinated, parasite-free and has his microchip. He is reliably house trained, crate-trained, is doggy-door trained, and walks nicely on a leash. His adoption fee is $150 If you would like to meet Papi, please visit the home page of our official web site at to download an Adoption Application. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Papi, a Phoenix Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
