Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Luciano Milo and I am a gorgeous fawn colored, 4 year-old. I am THE ultimate love bug! I am an easy-going boy who loves nothing more than being around loved ones. My favorite thing to do is snuggle up with my family. I give hugs and kisses freely and I am always willing to lay my head against your chest or your cheek. I am most comfortable when I am right on top of my humans. Don't think I am lazy, though! I can be high energy when you want me to be. I run, jump, and play with others-- I even sing with you if you want me to! But just say the word and I am ready to settle down with you. I get along with everyone: kids, adults, men, women, cats, other dogs, you name it!
I am a very well behaved boy.... except when there is food around! I am kind of a big eater (and I REALLY like human food) which is why at 14 pounds, my waist line is a bit thicker than it should be. But don't worry: my foster family doesn't allow me to have human food and they have me on a diet. They have also been taking me on walks--which I LOVE--so I will be in tip-top shape shortly! I do pretty well taking care of business outside and I even know how to use the doggy door! I will settle down in my crate, although I prefer not to. I would love a family that is home often so I don't have to go in there much.
I do have to be careful because I broke both of my front legs about a year ago and they are pretty fragile. They are healed now, but I have a plate in one and pins in the other to try to keep the bones in place. They don't hurt me, but I am pretty careful not to over-exert myself. My foster family has taught my human brothers and sisters to be very careful with me and they have learned that only adults are allowed to pick me up.
If you love to cuddle and are looking for a buddy, I may be the perfect guy for you!
