Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful girl is Jumpstart. She's a 2.5 year old mix. What she is mixed with is up for debate. Her paperwork from CACC lists her as a Pit Bull. We think she may have some Pit in her, but she may also have some Boxer, Greyhound, and who knows what else mixed in there. What we can tell you is that she is crate trained, house broken, great on a leash, good with other dogs, good with kids, and is an all around great dog.
Jump would like to find a forever home with experienced dog people who will dedicate themselves to giving her the exercise and structure that she needs. She would be make a great running or walking partner. She has lots of energy and needs a home where she'll be active. This dog does not want to be a full-time couch potato. She has had basic obedience training and would love to continue with training or possibly agility work. That is not to say that she is not a world class cuddle bug. This dog is super affectionate and loves to spend quality time with her people.
Jump is one of her foster mom's all time favorite dogs. She currently lives in a home with six other dogs and does beautifully. She is a wonderful dog that needs her family to help her gain confidence and trust. It seems that someone in Jump's past has not always been kind to her. She does not like to be around anyone who is yelling. This dog will blossom with a little love and consistency.
