Manny's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Manny's Story...
Manny is one of 4 of the cutest little Boxer mix guys! He is available for adoption to a loving family. He and his brothers were born approximately 4/1/13 and will likely grow to about 35-40 lbs when fully grown. Manny is neutered, his shots are up to date, and he is microchipped.

Generally speaking, puppies should be good with gentle children, dogs, and cats. Of course, all puppies will need to be housetrained.

Puppies obviously need a bit of attention, so prospective adopters should have someone either at home during the day or able to make frequent visits during the day. Adopters must agree to go to positive reinforcement classes to make sure that these youngsters can "be all that they can be." In addition to the adoption fee, ARRF will collect a $50 deposit that is refundable upon proof of class attendance within 6 months of adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Manny, a Vista Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Vista, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
