My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOMINO is a 1 year old Terrier/Retriever Mix (25 pound) who was dragged behind a truck and then left to die. She is now all healthy and happy and left her past behind. She loves people, larger, male dogs and older children. She is very energetic and would do best in an active family. She can be a little shy at the beginning but she gets quick over it if you give her the time to come to you. She likes to chase smaller animals, so she cannot share her home with cats or small dogs. She is vaccinated, spayed, house- and crate trained, microchipped, heartworm negative. All our dogs are professionally temperament tested and evaluated. We require an application, home check and adoption fee. We adopt out of state and help to work out transport possibilities. Our dogs are not allowed to fly “cargo”. Please call 843.540.6755 or email noahsarksrescues@gmail.com with any questions. Here is the link to our application: http://www.noahs-arks.net/RESCUE/NAR_APPLICATION.html. All our dogs are in foster care and have a safe place with us until we have found their forever home. We are located in the Hilton Head area, SC. Please remember: We are a “foster-care-only” based organization, and by adopting from us you change and save the life of three dogs. How you may ask? 1.You change the life of an abused dog by adopting. 2.Your adoption makes space for another dog getting into foster care 3. By moving a dog into foster care out of one of our medical facilities, we can save another abused dog from being euthanized and get the dog into medical care.
