Hillary is a sweet, loving, smart girl! I can't say enough wonderful things about this little girl! She was found as just a small puppy running through the desert with her sister on the Fort McDowell Reservation. She is lucky the police found her before she ended up as coyote food! Hillary is very happy and eager to please. She is lovable, playful and has a wonderful disposition. She gets along beautifully with kids and other dogs. She hasn't been around cats, but at her age she would do just fine with cats. Hillary is VERY smart! She was only about 6 weeks old when we brought her home, and she learned to use the dog door within the hour of her arrival. At 8 weeks old she was completely house-trained, which is amazing for a dog her age! It is estimated that she was born in around the beginning of May. Because we don't have any idea who her parents are, we do not know her exact breed. However, we are very familiar with the "rez" dogs, and they are typically generation after generation of mixed breed dogs. They are smart, healthy and have good dispositions. They usually run 40-60 lbs when full grown. Hillary's adoption fee is $200 and that will include spay, microchip and DAPP puppy vaccinations. AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
