My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Molly exhibits the much desired Golden temperament. She is an average size four year old with a slender build, maybe 70 pounds tucked under her gorgeous fur.

She is a real sweetheart, but becomes obsessed when she sees a tennis ball. She LOVES them to their death, so her new forever home must have a trough full of quality balls available for her. She does not need a leash - she just follows wherever the Chuck-It goes. And she will go out for a ball 60-70-80 times to bring it back to you.

Molly loves riding in the car; following around her people; sitting on the deck on a nice evening and watching the birds and world go by BALLS!!! She is showing an interest in the squeaker toys in the toy box. She has shown no prey instinct, so would probably do well with kitties. She knows some basic commands and will do a pretty sit for a special treat or just because you say so. She sleeps in a bed on the floor next to her foster mom, although she adores her foster dad, lying next to his comfy chair

She is house trained to the extent of standing in blasting sprinklers to do her potty so nonchalantly. She leaves people stuff alone, so she is fine at free roam. No counter surfing for this gal! She is not a bolter and so far has not even felt a need to bark!

She has had some minor medical issues, like allergies, that will have to be monitored. Right now, she is in great condition with just eating grain-free food. She is ready for a regular beauty treatment. She is showing a little resource guarding (yup, ball, again) when around other dogs. She may treat small children the same way, so she would be best in a home with just adults or a family with older children
