Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! I am Ms. Moo and I am the happiest, silliest dog you will ever meet. I am a total goofball and clown. I love all people, especially kids and my favorite thing to do is to play with other dogs, so if you’re looking for a playmate for one of your four-legged family members, I would be perfect! I've been going to doggie daycare at Paws Pet Resorts, playing in a pack with 35+ other dogs and having a great time. My adoption comes with 10 doggie daycare sessions at Paws!
I love riding in the car and going for walks, but I can also be a lap dog and couch potato. Oh, I have also been receiving training in the new dog sport of K9 Nose Work and am a superstar in class. So if you’d like to get involved in a really cool and fun activity, I can train you to be my handler in no time!
I am a staff and volunteer favorite at the Pet Rescue Center and although I love it here, I would really like a home and family of my own. I’m about 16-months old, 55 pounds, super smart, healthy, spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on my shots. What breed am I? Is Paw-some! a breed?
They call me Ms. Moo because of my unique cow-like markings, not because I eat grass or make cow noises. I might snore a little though (they told me I had to disclose that, so disclaimer, check).
Come down to the Pet Rescue Center and meet me. I'm guaranteed to make you laugh and smile. At the very least, you'll get a bunch of doggie kisses.
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
