Sophie: 2.5 yr old blue female, spayed, docked tail and uncropped ears. 11", 12 lb. Fully vetted. Rescued from shelter.
Meet our lovely Sophie, a beautiful blue girl that wants a loving home where she will be cherished and loved for the rest of her life, something she did not get at her last place, since she was only used as a puppy factory. Sophie would like a home with many covers so she can burrow under them to her hearts content…can’t find Sophie, better check the blankies, because that is where she will be. She is a very sweet girl that needs patience and some potty training, she will use puppy pads. She would love a fenced yard, but will got out on a leash. She has just started playing with toys, and thinks they are lots of fun. She will sleep in her crate, but also would love to sleep with her humans. If you would like to adopt this beautiful girl please fill out an adoption application, and contact her foster home for more information.
Note: We do not know if Sophie has the Canine Mutant Alopecia that most blues have as they are older. They will have some hair as puppies BUT all potential adopters need to be aware that there is a high risk they will have very little coat compared to the other colors. This will require coats or sweaters in cooler weather and a light t-shirt or covering in sun. Also bathing will be a more frequent activity due to the skin oils.
