Penelope is a sweet, playful puppy that was found in a northern community with her mom and 6 brothers and sisters. She was born approximately May 23/13 and will be ready to move to a new home on July 18! She has a wonderful temperament and is just an adorable puppy who is waiting for a family of her own.
