Here is what her foster family had to say:
Bella is a very social dog and is always wagging her tail. I have not seen any aggression in her at all. She is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. She loves to give kisses and get a belly scratch. Bella and my cat have gotten along right from the first meeting and she is just fine with other dogs also.
When I leave her alone she will curl up or stretch out before going to sleep. She does not have any issues with passing cars, but does startle easily with loud noises before making a full recovery.
Bella loves attention! She still has a lot of puppy energy. She loves to run around and she will play for hours! She is very quiet, only barking to alert for strangers.
She is very healthy, but could use an additional 5 - 10 lbs. Bella knows some basic commands like come, sit, stay, and drop it.
Bella has been left for 9 hours without an accident and will give you a look when she has to go out, but she is a pup and it could happen. I have not had her in a crate since I brought her home but she was fine in it.
I have tested her a few times off leash and she has never left my side. On the leash she needs a bit of work/training. She tolerates car rides but is just a bit nervous.
Bella is a pup and desperately wants to please her owner. She is very smart, loyal, gentle and very sweet. She would make a wonderful addition to an active outdoor family willing to put the effort in, and understands she needs a lot of exercise every day.
If you think Bella would be a perfect addition to your family, please submit an application for consideration.
