UPDATE: Hey, Cosmo, here and no one has picked me yet!! So I'm not as flashy as some of the other younger dudes, and I do have a bit of an underbite, and I can get a bit grumpy when I want to relax and the other dogs get in my face .... but hey, there are no perfect dogs just like there are no perfect people!!! I can be a real cuddlebug and I love to go for long leisurely walks and do a lot of sniffing along the way. I'd be happy to snuggle up and watch television with you ... and if you want to read a book I'll be quiet ... I just really want to be close to and be loved by my new guardian. Much as everyone has been really nice to me at the Centre, I'd really be happier in a nice, quiet home. So please, remember my face after you've look at all those other dogs and when you fill in the form, write my name C-O-S-M-O.
Meet Cosmo, a unique looking, little Shih Tzu x Pekingese who was "dumped" at the pound. He is approximately 5 years old and weighs 14 lbs. Cosmo is still quite nervous and he will take a little time to settle in and be comfortable in his new surroundings. Cosmo is also somewhat handshy; he will need a patient guardian. Since we have no history on this little fellow, an adult home would better suit his needs. Cosmo does love going for long walks and when he does finally warm up he is a little cuddlebug. Are you looking for a little treasure to share your life ... Cosmo is waiting!
MISE-À-JOUR: Hey, Cosmo, ici et on ne m'a pas encore choisi !! Oui, je ne suis pas aussi voyant que les plus jeunes chiens, et ma mâchoire inférieure est un peu plus avançée que ma mâchoire supérieure, et je peux être un peu grognon lorsque je veux me reposer et que les autres chiens sont dans ma face... mais hey, il n'y a pas de chien parfait, comme il n'y a pas d'humain parfait !!! Je peux être minoucheux et j'aime faire de belles grandes promenades et sentir les odeurs tout au long du chemin. Je serais heureux de m'installer confortablement et regarder la télévision avec vous... et si vous voulez lire un livre, je serai tranquille... je veux juste être près de et être aimé par mon nouveau gardien. Même si tout le monde a été très gentil avec moi au Centre, je serais plus heureux dans un bon foyer tranquille. Donc s'il vous plaît, souvenez-vous de mon visage après que vous avez vu tous les autres chiens et lorsque vous remplisserez le formulaire, écrivez mon nom C-O-S-M-O.

Cosmo est encore pas mal nerveux et ça lui prendra un peu de temps pour s'installer et être confortable dans son nouvel environnement. Cosmo est aussi gêné; il aura besoin d'un gardien patient. Puisque nous ne connaissons pas le passé de ce petit garçon, un foyer d'adultes conviendrait mieux à ses besoins. Cosmo aime bien faire des grandes promenades et lorsqu'il est finalement à l'aise, il est un petit minoucheux. Recherchez-vous un petit trésor pour partager votre vie... Cosmo vous attend !
