Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Andy is a precious Lab, with think Great Dane mix, that was being dragged through the French Quarter in New Orleans by a homeless person when Andy was only about 6 weeks old. I actually bought him from this homeless person. He was dehydrated and infested with fleas and intestinal parasites. Once cared for by our veterinarian, Andy has blossomed into a gorgeous 4 month old (July 9) puppy. He is now 30 lbs and we think will end up being close to 70 or 80 lbs. He is sweet and loving. He loves other dogs and he would make a great running companion. He is in a wonderful foster home where he is being socialized with dogs, kids, and adults. Andy is still in New Orleans with Looziana Basset Rescue but can easily be transported up to the Northeast using www.rescueroadtrips.com. Please email QueenB534@aol.com for an application.
UPDATE: Andy knows basic obedience commands. He is a wonderful dog and is ready for a forever home.
