My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Just give Honey a ball or other toy and she's perfectly content to play and keep herself occupied. Although Honey is almost a year old she still has a TON of kitten left in her. And when she plays it's always fun to watch her antics. Aside from playing with toys, she also loves to play with other kitties. Because Honey gets along with all other cats, she has full run of her foster home and now sleeps right next to her foster mom's hip. And in the evenings she parks on her foster dad's lap while he's watching TV. Honeys name certainly describes her personality --- she's really a Honey! She's also somewhat of a character. Her daily routine includes drinking water out of the bathroom faucet every time her foster mom brushes her teeth and always sitting on a high spot like a wardrobe cabinet, fireplace mantle, refrigerator, or anywhere else where she can make sure to see everything that's going on.

If you're interested in meeting Honey, please fill out our on-line application on our web site (www.FatCatRescueInc.org) and we will arrange a day/time that's convenient for you. Or if you have questions please call 847-306-3688, x-101 and one of our volunteers will return your call.

Fat Cat's adoption fees are: $125 for kittens under 6 months, kittens over 6 months and cats are $100; for cats over 7 the fee is negotiable. Second adoptions are half price. The fees include spay/neuter, rabies, distemper, medications for ear mites, fleas and worms, testing for feline leukemia and FIV, and microchip.
