Sox's Story...
Sox is a playful princess in a litter of 12 adorable puppies. We named her Sox because of the cute white booties on her feet. Their Mama Speckles (also listed) is a pretty german shorthair pointer mix that was found as a stray with her little herd of puppies. Sox is very cuddly, social and loving and she has pretty tan/orange colored fur. Sox is about 6 weeks old July 1st and will be ready for her new home the weekend of July 20th when her spay and next set of shots is complete. She loves to play and loves other pets! We want to be sure she has the most wonderful loving home so if you have it, please apply! Please, you MUSTpaste following link into your browser BEFORE emailing for further information. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sox, a Windham Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Windham, or seeking a Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Windham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Pointer/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windham paves the way for another one to be saved.
