Ginny's Story...
My name is Ginny. I am a small lab mix, 40-45 lbs. My owner dropped off me at a shelter when I was very pregnant and the wonderful people at Zoe's House rescued me. Only 3 days after I came to Zoe's House I gave birth to 9 puppies. Talk about great timing! As soon as my puppies no longer need me I am going to be spayed so I never have to have puppies again (Phew)! I will be microchipped , up to date on all my vaccines and ready for my forever family soon... Maybe I can come live with you? I love my foster people... They have another dog, cats and kids and I get along well with everyone!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginny, a Sinking Spring Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Sinking Spring, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Sinking Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sinking Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sinking Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sinking Spring paves the way for another one to be saved.
