My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

J.D. was seen by his rescuer running down the middle lane of a 7 lane road in East Houston. His rescuer spent over an hour trying to catch him. Finally, after coming back to the area 6 hours later and a few miles from where he was originally seen, the rescuer was able to slip leash him! He was sweet but very skittish, matted, skinny, and heartworm positive. Now he has come out of his shell a lot, is crate-trained, knows how to use a doggy door, and enjoys playing with his foster siblings. J.D. truly enjoys his rawhide treats and will find his foster siblings treats if they, by chance, leave them unattended. J.D. is heartworm positive but is doing very well. He is looking for his forever home after spending probably most of his short life on the streets. The adoption fee is $150. This includes vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping for all dogs.
