My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tilly is a sweetheart. But you have to get to know her first and get her trust. She has cataracts in both eyes and is basically blind. That does not really bother her, but I have seen her run into things that have been moved in the house. She has been in a foster home and loved her foster mom, but had a hard time with sharing with her foster's dog and puppies. There were also cats in the house and she didn't seem to mind them maybe she just didn't see them! Her ideal situation is a quiet home with one or two adults to pet her all the time. Her owner died and she has been in boarding for a while. She is housebroken and crate trained. She needs a home where she can be loose in the house as she will bark in the crate. It will take her a few days to get use to a new person, and if cornered she will growl at you, BUT you have to remember she can't see who is cornering her, talking to her in a soothing voice will solve the problem.

Miss Tilly would be a perfect companion for the special person who has the patience to give a special girl a chance. She is extremely loving once she knows you and feels comfortable. Please have an open heart and give her a chance

She is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm tested. The adoption fee is $125.
