Maddie's Story...
Maddie is everything you would want and more. She is a Catahoula
Leopard Dog. She weighs around 40 lbs and is almost 9 months old. She has
the birthday of 11/2/12. With many tears and heavy hearts Maddie's owners
let her go - while they had her she was loved and treated like a princess.
As you can see by the pictures Maddie is a beautiful girl with a stunning
black, grey merle coat. She does have a small white streak on her chest
area. She is extremely smart. She knows sit and down voice and hand
commands. She loves loves her toys and will fetch a toy on command. She will
crate up although she prefers her freedom. Maddie is housetrained, leash
trained and loves car rides. She plays well with other dogs, all sizes and
ages. Maddie needs an active family to keep her busy. Whoever adopts Maddie
will be the lucky ones - you are getting a truly magic dog. Maddie even made
the honor roll at doggie day care.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maddie, a Centerville Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Centerville, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Centerville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Centerville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Centerville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Centerville paves the way for another one to be saved.
