Cha-Cha Charlie is a lovable pup who found himself in a high kill shelter with his brother, Cha-Cha Chad. Poor Charlie has probably never had much attention, so he's reveling in the love he receives in foster care. Charlie and his brother have clearly had only each other, until now, and although Charlie is very outgoing, his brother, Chad, takes longer to warm up & depends on Charlie for reassurance.
