Annie's Story...
Annie is an adorable 7 year old Bichon Frise who was left abandoned at a local shelter with her 10 year old male companion, Archie. The two have spent their entire lives together and are now left scared and uncertain of what lies ahead. Annie is very sweet and loveable, she just needs a place to call home where she is safe and will no longer have to worry. Because she grew up with Archie, she is very bonded to him. A home for them together would be ideal, please see Archie's profile for more information on him or contact the shelter today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a Muskegon Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in Muskegon, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Muskegon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muskegon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muskegon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muskegon paves the way for another one to be saved.
