KLIBAN's Story...
KLIBAN is a Maine Coon type boy who looks a lot like the Kliban Cat cartoon character, He has a longish nose, great dark stripes across his body and tail, dark facial markings, and a great personality. He was born in April and is a very big boy now, and he will continue to grow into an extra large cat. He is affectionate and playful and has no bad habits. He is friendly and likes people, and he has met ONE large dog (a husky) who was cat friendly, and he was nervous but not totally panicky, so we think he would adjust to a cat-friendly dog with a little time and proper introductions. He will chase DaBird toy until he is panting and would love to have a family who would play with him frequently. He has a HUGE bushy tail and a silky coat that does not mat. He also has two sisters who look just like him and are also available for adoption. He is tested negative for FeLV and FIV, vaccinated, neutered, current on all vet work. Why Adoption is a Great Option

KLIBAN, a Acworth Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Acworth, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Acworth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Acworth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Acworth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Acworth paves the way for another one to be saved.
