My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HI Everyone!! My name is Creed and I moved here from a West Virginia shelter on Independence Day weekend. I’m approximately 3 years old, fairly active and totally in love with my new life. I love meeting new people, children, car rides and taking long naps in the sun. Playing with the resident dogs and sniffing around for rabbits and other critters in the fenced in yard are games I really enjoy. While I’m working on my housetraining, I am crate trained and sleep quietly in there all night long. I do walk very well on lead but enjoy sniffing quite a bit. I am afraid of those loud fireworks and do not understand the sound of thunder, so I will ask you to help me during those times. Other sounds of the house (lawn mowers, weed whackers, vacuum cleaners, car engines, etc.) don’t bother me. I understand some obedience commands but additional classes would be helpful. I ask for affection on a regular basis and will jump up and sit on your lap while you read or watch TV. While I enjoy my meals, I do not beg or bother you while you are preparing or eating yours. If you’re looking for a sweet and loving Southern girl, I just might just be in your future. I am up to date on my vaccinations, spayed, and on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, too!
