Archie's Story...
Archie is a smart playful male Pittie at 7 yrs old. He desperately needs a home. Archie walks well on a leash and knows all commands including how to run an agility course! He's a fast learner and is ready after a long time spent in the shelter to find a forever home who can give him a great deal of attention and care. He likes non dominant female dogs and is great with kids, but we do not recommend him for a home with cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Archie, a selden Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in selden, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in selden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in selden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a selden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in selden paves the way for another one to be saved.
