Garfield's Story...
GARFIELD
Tabby - Orange: An adoptable cat in Yorba Linda, CA
Medium • Baby • Male
Garfield - DOB 5-26-13, male orange tabby
Named after US Presidents, Garfield and his siblings were born in "Under-the-Sink" in the laundry room of one of our team members. Mama was rescued pregnant from the streets, and wants more for her babies than a life on the edge. In fact, she believes that they can be anything they want to be when they grow up, even the president!
These babies are campaigning for a forever home, and we think their platform of "more love, more cuddles, more playtime, and sending dogs to the moon" will be a real winner with the voters.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Garfield, a Yorba Linda Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Yorba Linda, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Yorba Linda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yorba Linda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yorba Linda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yorba Linda paves the way for another one to be saved.
