Meet Willow! One of our volunteers found Willow trotting along Western (very very busy street) in South LA in 100+ degree weather.

Willow was a filthy mess and missing much of the hair on her back due to flea infestation and was badly raw and sunburned. Her belly was badly sagging from having repeat litters.

The volunteer pulled over (thinking Willow would probably run away from her, but at least away from the busy street) and Willow came to a brief stop and just stood there until the volunteer scooped her up and put her into her car.

After taking Willow to the shelter and confirming she was no one's pet, we were able to accept Willow into WUDLA's foster program.

Willow is has a very calm and mellow demeanor and is actively looking for her ‪#‎ForeverFamily‬.
