Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is BeBe. I am a very sweet, 4 year old, black n white parti cocker girl and I am looking for my new forever home. I was a backyard breeder dog that was taken in by a SC rescue after I had puppies and needed someone to help me. When I was weaned off my puppies, this SC rescue asked for other rescue help to take me so that I could find a new home.
I am doing a whole lot better now than I was with my breeder and I am not so scared anymore. Like many breeder dogs, I have had several litters of pups and I am only 4 years old. I will need patience on house training and I will need to be taken out often to get used to different places and sounds. Frequent exposure will help to improve my socialization skills and I won't be so stressed out with things. I have now been spayed, I had a dental done and I am updated on shots. I am a bit scared when riding in the car, but I am doing well at the rescue. Just recently I was taken to an adoption event so that I could get used to sights, sounds and interaction with people. It was a bit scary, but overall I did pretty well and I enjoyed spending time walking around with the volunteers. I do well with going outside to potty and do my business and I get along with most of the dogs here in rescue. As I am getting used to things, I seem to be happier every day because I know that someone cares about me and is taking care of me properly. I am doing well with crate training and I am now starting to play more like a normal dog should. We found out at the adoption event that I will do best with kids 8 and older as the little kids make me nervous with their quick movements.
I am a good girl, sweet and loving . . . please give me the 2nd chance that I deserve to have a great home and someone to love me for the special girl that I am. It would be a dream come true for me to be your sweet baby girl and a great best friend!
