My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Jazzy. She's a 3 year old English Bulldog/Beagle mix. Jazzy is a rescue from a puppy mill. Everything is new to her having lived a very sheltered life, no pun intended. Jazzy needs to learn to trust people and will need lots of time adjusting to living in a 'real' home. She needs a family that will have lots of patience and time to spend with her. A fenced in yard is greatly recommended for Jazz along with crate training. She's never been around children so they might scare her. It would be best if there were only older children in the family. Jazzy is a sweet gentle girl that needs to learn what it's like to be a dog. If you'd like to take on the honor of helping Jazzy become a confident dog, she'd love to be part of your family. Jazzy has been going home in the evening with a staff member and has been fine with her dogs.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
